• The Metabolic (DCA/LAMC) Protocol specifies that the PolyMVA should be diluted in either 250cc (if 1-15mL of PolyMVA) or 500cc (if 16-40mL PolyMVA) of NS. However, the protocol does not specify how much NS to dilute the DCA in. What is the osmolarity of DCA (or how does Dr A dilute it)? • The Metabolic (DCA/ LAMC) Protocol suggests oral ketone supplements 2.5 to 5g twice a day. What is Dr. A's current preferred brand? • PolyMVA (the company) recommends always starting oral PolyMVA prior to I.V. LAMC. Is that Dr. A's practice?

Treatment plans in general. We have pieces to the puzzle but not actual approaches. If they wanted a 2-5 day treatment plan for cancer pt. what would this typically look like.

What do you recommend diet wise for patients with liver/biliary cancer since they cannot do Keto
What's BEST way for us to learn Keto 101 to teach our patients or resources they can find for KETO (I tell my patients to do dairy/gluten free diet and a lot of KETO has dairy so I'm hoping theirs a beginners guide for Vegans and Dairy free options).
