Donors contribute their share to the basket fund projected funding requirements for the next six months
Earmarked donors disburse within the framework of the work plan agreed by all parties and bilateral agreement with NAC.

NAC and its partners review progress against work plan on a quarterly basis.
Subsequent disbursements are made on the basis of six monthly projections.
Any adjustments are jointly agreed at the time of quarterly review.

On a monthly basis, and to minimize foreign currency exchange losses, NAC transfers funds from the US dollar account to pooled local currency for purposes of agreed work plan.

Thus uptake funds favors earmarked funders.Reflected in cash requirements as well.
Good treasury has earned pool account huge interest.
