2. Project Scope
Background: To improve internal port sealing capability, both for internal component assembly as well as service, the unloader governor pad location will be moved slightly upward and rearward. It is anticipated this should have no negative impact on direct-mounted OEM air governors.
Only ISC/ISL HT (155 ft-lb) twin cylinder air compressor will be affected by this change.

Affected Plants: RMEP
CP 9603 & 9780 will remain the same, only part contained within option will contain minor change to governor pad location.

Affected OEMs: Only those transit bus OEM’s that are still using hydraulic engine cooling fans
Implementation: 3 months from VPCR approval  1Q2017
Response Required: within 30 days
