UNCLASSIFIED Delete Requirement Package In this training module, you will be guided through the process of deleting a requirement package. This feature will only be available before submitting to the contract specialist. UNCLASSIFIED UNITED IN SERVICE TO OUR NATION

3 Lesson Objectives Objective:
Upon completion of this lesson, the Customer will be able to: Delete a Requirement. At the end of this session, you will be able to delete a requirement.

4 Locate Record The Requirement Package can be accessed from the My Requirements section on the Landing Page. To delete a requirement you must first find the requirement. The main access to your requirement is through the main Landing Page. Click on the identifier link for the specific requirement. This will open the Summary Dashboard for that requirement. *

5 Related Actions: Summary Dashboard
Select “Related Actions” and then, if the requirement is no longer needed, select “Delete Draft Requirement”. To delete the requirement click the “Delete Draft Requirement” button at the top right of the Requirement Summary Dashboard.

6 Delete Requirement Form
IMPORTANT: Once you select “Delete Requirement”, there is no “UNDO”! This is a permanent deletion. After you click “Delete Requirement”, you are asked to confirm that you want to continue with the Delete process. Select “Yes” to delete the requirement permanently, or select “No” to cancel the Delete process and return to the form. The Delete Requirement Form is displayed and you may add comments before selecting either the “Delete Requirement” or “Cancel” button. The Cancel button closes the form with no action taken. Selecting the Delete Requirement button will present you with a pop-up to ask “Are you sure?”. Answer “Yes” to delete the requirement or “No” to cancel the deletion process and return to the form. This is a permanent deletion! Once you select Yes, there is no “Undo”. Tier 2 support will also have no recourse to reverse this action.
