Step 2: Click on ‘Home’

3. Step 3: Click on ‘BriefingEdge link’

4. Step 4: Click ‘OK’

5. Step 5: Complete BriefingEdge One-Time User Profile

6. Step 6: Begin site visit request
NOTE: Here you are choosing whether you are going to a National Clinical Show Site OR coming to a GE Facility.

7. Step 7a: Begin site visit request (GE Facility)
NOTE: Here is the GE Facility you are currently booking in – If this is the wrong facility, please change site

8. Step 7b: Begin site Show Site Visit Request
NOTE: you will be taken through product selection screens to identify a national show site for your visit.

Make sure you save or update any changes as they are made.
At the last screen of your initial visit request, you will receive and acknowledgment, at the bottom of this screen you may upload documents to the visits request; for instance, Quotes, 4 Blockers, Executive Summaries, Etc. (screen shot )
Remember – Although we do are best to verify availability in advance, ALL visits are subject to confirmation and approval from the show site or GE modality teams.
