Ensuring that mental health and substance abuse issues receive coverage in mandatory professional responsibility courses; Establishing lecture series or programs on wellness topics, including sessions during 1L orientation; Providing adequate counseling and referral structures; Publicizing those resources to normalize the process of seeking assistance; and Offering training for peer counselors
