15 12 – Intellectual Property (Outside)
Additionally, name the two parts of this product that are protected by intellectual property law. The word “Coca-Cola” is trademarked in addition to the shape of the bottle. BB30 Business Law 3.04 Summer 2013

16 BONUS! O: A Presidential Novel
A speculative novel about President Barack Obama's 2012 re-election campaign was published in 2011. The publishers, Simon & Schuster, claim that the book was written by someone who was "in the room" with the President. This book is copyrighted.
