2 Aim: - To facilitate emotional, intellectual, physical and psychological development of Participants through experiential learning in an outbound environment. - With the help of scientific and methodological research, with management tools to achieve desired goal to achieve Growth.

3 Concept: By using the effective tool of Activities, facilitation and trainings, which will enable understanding, learning, evaluating and implementing various management concepts and theories for the high level impactful performance of the participants

4 ANAND MEHTA, Profile : Educational Qualifications: M.B.A. (Marketing & Finance) from IES MCRC., Mumbai. Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Electronics from Bharti Vidhyapeeth C.O.E, Pune. Diploma in Industrial Electronics from Vivekanand Edu. Soc.’s Polytechnic, Mumbai. Achievements: Awarded as “Young leader of the Year” from Lions International amongst 205 countries. Awarded as “Business Tycoon of the year” by Indian Education Society. Have conducted more than 200 workshops, outbound camps, seminars and talks with Corporates & MBA College students. Certified Outbound Trainer Association: Member of Association for Experiential Education, A community of progressive educator and practitioners ( Member of Association of Trainers (AOT). Member of International Association of facilitator ( Member and Faculty at International Association of Lions Clubs Hobbies: Histrionics, Adventure Sports, Travelling, Handicrafts, Reading, Food Personal Details: Date of Birth: 4th June, 1978. 5 Experiential Education:
Experiential learning through programs & activities structured by others. Principles of experiential learning are used to design of experiential education programs. Emphasis is placed on the nature of participants' subjective experiences.  An experiential educator's role is to organize and facilitate direct experiences of phenomenon under the assumption that this will lead to genuine, meaningful and long-lasting learning, which moves from conscious mind to sub-conscious mind. Needs & Requirements: Doing is believing and such training is a very strong tool in making participants realize in believing the important values of various management concepts. Where in each group is asked to do a task or perform an activity with certain rules and constrains. To perform each task / activity, each team will require good mutual understanding, group cohesiveness, attitude to win, willingness to contribute individually and collectively. The most important, a perfect strategy.
