The discussions highlighted the lack of a formal process or methodology to perform consultation with PRM associations in Greece in order to assess PRM needs in terms of ICT applications
The early involvement in the design phase of vulnerable user groups, through a formal consultation process, will safeguard that their needs will be considered and cared for
