I would like to share this ultimate African experience with friends and people who appreciate and enjoy nature, deep in the heart of the Dinokeng bushveld.
I am selling share-units of 12.5 % shareholding in Pumba Camp Pty Ltd.
This means that only 8 fortunate shareholders will own a Big5 game camp within an hour’s drive from Pretoria.

3. Each shareholder will enjoy the privilege of six weeks per annum at Pumba Camp.
These weeks are divided in six equal sections as indicated on the pie chart in the next slide.
You will be able to enjoy game and bird watching over an area of 2,400ha plus traversing rights over about 600ha.

5. Your share-unit includes a share in the Pride of Africa Farm as well as shares in Pumba Camp, all furniture and the game viewing vehicle.
These share units may be inherited or sold as you wish.
Owners may exchange weeks amongst each other.
You may also put some weeks in a rent-pool, from which we will let your weeks at a 10% admin fee.

6. Do you want to own your share of the Big5 bush?
Remember, you may also pay a 50% deposit and the rest over a period we can agree upon.
You may share your unit and it’s costs with a friend.

7. Price per 12,5% unit of 6 weeks per annum: R850,000-00
Monthly levy to cover all expenses like POA levy, water and electricity consumption, staff wages, insurance, etc.: R2, per month
