Please verify this Report-2 thoroughly, if doubt  recheck but ensure correctness
Once ERO is 100% sure about correctness of Report-2 according to Format-4 of ECI for rationalization of PS
Freeze the rationalize process for this AC after which no edit/modify in plan in any case
Get Report-2 & Each Page Signed by the concerning ERO & upload the signed copy
The “Process” activated only after freezing and uploading signed copy of Report-2 12

Check the part wise Status of Work Completed. It should be “Y” for all part

15. Manually Assigned the new part number
The system generated part number can be changed by used from following screen. The New Part No. can be entered by user. The unique new part number is required to enter. If the original part number is 0, it means it is newly created part number.

16. Freeze the Data Entry and Mapping
After checking and verification of Report-2, the user is required to Freeze the data entry. Once the data entry is frozen, it cannot be changed.

17. Uploading of Signed Verified Report
Once the data entry is frozen, please take the print of checklist and the upload the signed checklist as a PDF file.

18. Process the part for Merge, Reorganize and Split
After Freezing and uploading the pdf file, click on PROCESS button, the voter shifting operation is started. The status would be displayed on the screen. When the Work Complete status is Y againt all part number, then the operation is completed and a message part reorganisation completed successfully is displayed.

19. Print the Electoral Roll as a Checklist after part Rationalization
