1 Ocean Life

2 Starfish Starfish have 5 or more arms.
Starfish have an eye on the end of each arm. Starfish have 2 stomachs They hunt shelled animals like oysters and clams. Starfish can grow a lost arm.

3 Crab Crabs are found in all the world’s oceans.
There are also many fresh water crabs. Crabs vary in size from a small Pea crab to a large Japanese Spider crab. Crabs have five pairs of legs. The first pair of legs are used as claws.

4 Tiger Shark One of the largest predatory sharks. Grows ft and can weigh lbs. Eats a variety of animals Fish, seals, birds, smaller sharks, squid, and turtles. Is known for attacking swimmers, divers, and surfers off the coast of Hawaii. The tiger shark can often be found along the coast of tropical and subtropical climates.

5 Bottlenose Dolphin One of the most common types of dolphins.
Bottlenose dolphins live in warm ocean water. Adult dolphins can reach 13 ft. long and weight 1,400 pounds. Bottlenose dolphins are grey on the top and white on the bottom for protection from bigger ocean animals. Bottlenose dolphins eat small fish.

6 Jellyfish Jellyfish are marine invertebrates.
Jellyfish can be found in every ocean in the world and some fresh water. Jellyfish sting and kill other animals by using their tentacles. Jellyfish do not have a brain. Jellyfish survive on small fish and zooplankton that become stuck in their tentacles.
