Figure 1 Chest computed tomography (CT) scan of a 75-year-old female. (A) CT scan showed multiple pulmonary metastases in the left lung. (B) Osimertinib-induced interstitial lung disease. A chest CT scan performed 64 days after initiation of osimertinib treatment shows a decrease in size of multiple pulmonary metastases but visible bilateral ground-glass opacities. (C) A CT scan 28 days after cessation of osimertinib therapy and initiation of corticosteroid therapy shows improvement of multiple pulmonary metastases. (D) A scan 28 days after initiation of osimertinib therapy shows a partial remission of multiple left lung metastases without recurrence of interstitial lung disease.
