• % SELLER CONTRIBUTION: SELLER SHALL PAY 6% OF TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE TOWARDS BUYER'S CLOSING COSTS, POINTS AND/OR PRE-PAID ITEMS AT THE TIME OF CLOSING. In the event that the buyer's lender restricts the allowable seller contributions toward Buyer's closing costs, Seller's actual and total contribution shall be limited to the allowable amount • Seller Contribution $: Seller will contribute up to $__________ toward buyer's closing costs, points and/or prepaid items. 19. Clauses
