1. How to Find a Local NAVUG Chapter

Hello everyone, this is Sue from the Microsoft Dynamics NAV User Group Engagement Team. Welcome to another session of Quick Tips. Today I will show you how to Find your Local NAVUG Chapter and Register for an upcoming Chapter meeting.

2. First, go to www. navug. com and login in with your credentials
First, go to and login in with your credentials. You can do this by clicking the blue Login button at the top right corner of the page.

3. Once you’ve logged into www. navug
Once you’ve logged into click on Chapters dropdown in the left navigation and select Find A Chapter.

4. You can attend a Chapter meeting in person and/or participate in an online Chapter community. To find a local Chapter meeting, simply click on the interactive map to find a Chapter in your area. You can use the plus or minus sign near the top of the map to zoom in or zoom out.
To participate in an online Chapter community, type in a city or state to search for the online community. You can join the online community of your choice.

5. If you prefer a list layout, scroll down the page a little to view the list of Chapter Communities. If you can’t find a local Chapter in your region, please let me know and I can introduce you to the NAVUG Chapter Manager and we can put you in touch with other Dynamics NAV users in your area. Or you can help lead a new Chapter in your region that can serve your local community. .

6. After finding your local Chapter page you can register for the next Chapter meeting by clicking on the register button if there’s an upcoming event. If not, you can Join the Community and receive updates about the location and the date of the next Chapter meeting. Participating in the online Chapter community is also a great way to start/continue conversations with other users in your geographic area.

7. When registering for a Chapter meeting, you can register yourself or others – just select the proper Yes/No from the questions at the top of the screen. You can also use the ‘Find Existing Contact’ information to find others in your organization to register and view those who are already registered.
