1 Hunterian Associates Programme
Ruth Fletcher, Student Engagement Officer

2 What is HAP? A programme asking researchers to develop a programme of public engagement (face-to face or web-based) with their research and with the University’s Heritage Collections By presenting their ideas to the wider public, Hunterian Associates are able to broaden their perspectives on their own research, while also bringing the collections to new audiences.   Associate projects should last around 12 months any web-based resources will remain on the Hunterian's web pages beyond the life of the initial project. ‌Projects may take the form of gallery talks and tours, podcasts, web-based exhibitions, interpretive performance, or any other form that engages with the public effectively.   Project subject matter comes from your ideas and research, not what we ask for.
