2. Background
For CPS(s/w phase 31), the current bootloader(BL) version in ECMs does not support connected calibration(CC) feature
The plan is to update BL only for customers who are interested in getting the CC feature
Hence we need the bootloader information to be read by telematics devices in order to assess CC feature capability.

Currently SPN 234 is read by the Telematics devices from ECMs for registration.

ECM Serial Number
Calibration Date Stamp
Calibration Version
ECM Identifier
Product ID
Request to add Bootloader version information at the end of the list as a delimited field.
