Introducing: the vertex

Vertex The Vertex uses the combination of a V-shaped reflector and a CDP diffuser to mask the harsh micro points of LEDs, creating a panel of perfectly uniform luminance. Making the Vertex an ideal solution for office and general lighting. Emphasis system efficacy of 83 lumens per watt A 4x14W multifive beta only has a system efficacy of 65 lumens per watt

The technology behind Eagle Lighting Australia’s Delta louvre is based on "Snell's law", or break the law, which specifies how a light beam changes direction as it passes the interface between two different media. Mining can be checked using calculations - in practical terms, this takes place in the fixture by means of reflectors that controls the light down through microprisms. Microsprismatic is made up of small cones, which act as lenses in a compact format. The Cones angle steer the direction of the light and makes it possible to limit the glare of all the critical angles. The result is smooth luminance which is pleasing to the eye No animation Click for next picture

Conical De-glaring Prism
CDP is a high-transparent and micro-structured surface that provides a unique de-glaring surface in the plane of the sheet. The prisms are actually cones, optimised by numerical algorithms. High efficiency, smooth de-glaring with opal appearance are the key features of this product. Photo shows a close up of the prisms which are actually cones The CDP panel is made under high pressure to achieve precise light refraction as demonstrated in the next slide
6
CDP Refraction The cones in the CDP panel are designed to reflect the light within a 65 angle. This makes it possible to limit glare at critical angles It also lets us re- reflect any spill light giving any light that comes out at the wrong angle a ‘second chance’. Self explainatory

BrightView Diffuser BrightView has higher transmittance, greater diffusion and less colour shift than pigmented white diffusers. It is an excellent choice for applications in which lamp hiding and transmission efficiency are required, and it can be thermoformed and fabricated like other standard acrylic sheets. Diffuser on the right is a standard acrylic sheet as opposed to the BrightView panel on the left There is a lot less opal in the BrightView diffuser allowing for a greater transmission of light The BrightView diffuser does not in any way alter the colour of the light
