3. Tenders – Logging on

The URL will remain the same:
Log in with your creditials
You can change the language by clicking on the globe icon

4. Tenders – Finding your Tender

2 ways to access your Tenders:
You have access to all your latest RFQs on the homepage (Synerspace). Click on any of the transactions to enter directly
Red transactions are those that require actions on your part.
Green transactions are those that are completed or require no actions
Click on them to access directly the transaction, such as to accept the NDA or quote
You can also access the Tender to which you are invited via the navigation button

5. Tenders - Quoting

If the buyer has created a quotation grid, click on the option ‘Place Values’ to enter it in the ‘Tender Elements’ tab
Fill in the requested information, and then save. If you want to communicate your answers to the Alstom buyer, you must publish.
You can publish as many times as you want until the end of the Tender (visible in the Project details tab)

6. Tenders – Communicating with the buyer

There are two tabs for communicating with the buyer, Communication and Project forum. Both are confidential and will not be accessible by anyone but the Alstom buyer and other members of your company also invited to the Tender
Communication is useful for longer subjects and sending attachments. It will arrive in an format to the buyer’s inbox.
The Project Forum is useful for quick questions to the Alstom buyer .

7. Supplier Quality Portal – Logging on

Upon logging on, you will find an image on the homepage. Click on the appropriate module, and it will open up the Supplier Quality Portal in a separate tab
