Get Islandia! Consider the following scenario and answer the questions in the ending paragraph. Also answer these questions in relation to the scenario. What are the possible consequences from the decisions you make (good/bad)? List and provide details of the consequences by considering all “what if…” situations that could arise. What challenges arose in the decision making process?

4 Review Intro. Activity Relate this activity to what we already know about the United States and its position about isolationism. Are there any consequences/legacies that resulted from World War 2? List and describe. What are the potential dangers that can arise if the U.S. decides to take on the responsibility of a world power? Should the U.S. reconsider its role as an isolated nation? Why or why not?
