Site translates into more than 30 languages using Google Translate

Content is now editable by staff “contributors”, editable by “editors” and publishable by “managers”

4. New OSC Specific Features
User Support Group creates and manages documentation through “books”
Front page “promo” columns help to direct users based on who they are: Researcher, Student, Business
Support requests now come through a standardized request form
Most general s requests are now handled through forms eg.
Personal pages are now editable in Drupal, no HTML needed.
