LibGuide created:  Bibliometric Indicators of Impact, Altmetrics: What are Altmetrics? How to increase the visibility of your research?
Summer Workshops given first by Berenika, then by Bibliometric Track  participants to ULS staff and librarians
Along with the f-f training that was offered to all staff, content was created for the web page FAQ that would point people back to the group listserv.

10. A developing skill…Handselling
LISTEN for a question that can be answered by a bibliometric tool
IDENTIFY relevant metrics 
ADVISE on what tools, availability, and use in tracking research outputs & citations, demonstrating collaboration…
e.g. Scopus, ORCiD, JCR, Plum Analytics
PROVIDE CONTEXT for metrics, including benchmarking and expected citation rates for different discipline areas where appropriate
