- what “Tone” is
We will learn how to
- create an observational drawing
- create tone (light and dark) with pencil and watercolour
- create texture with wax / glue batik

5. WaX / GLUE batik Things to remember…
- balance the amount of wax / glues with the space that is left
- natural / swirly lines
- try different colour combinations

6. Cutting pebble shapes Things to remember…
- use as much of your textures as you can
- natural oval shapes- not perfect
- different sizes

7. Create a stacked pebble / circle of pebbles composition
Things to remember…
- Every pebble needs to touch another pebble.
- Plan the position first without sticking them down.
