1 This is the first case of anyone other than an Apostle having one of the gifts of the Spirit. It is one more step into the transition of the church age. Take note it was done with the primary purpose of being an attention getter to the JEWS.

2 Do remember the wisdom of this world is FOOLISHNESS to God
1Co 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

Joh 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
11

12
Mat 24:2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things
Mat 24:2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

14
Take note that they saw Stephens face as it was an ANGEL.
15
Exo 34:29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand,… that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.

Gal 2:4 And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:
