6/1/2014 26 2) PRINT MARKETING Even though print marketing is slowly loosing ground with most potential buyers, we still market to those that select print as their way of finding a home. By using our hotline number in our print advertising, we are able to locate the most effective methods of advertising. We are presently testing a new magazine, Texas Real Estate Magazine. However, this source and all print is continually changing and our decisions are subject to change without notice.
27
6/1/2014 27 We currently use Texas Real Estate Magazine to Market our homes in print. Our properties are seen in 19 counties through North and East Texas. Source: National Association of REALTORS ®, Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 2009 TEXAS REAL ESTATE MAGAZINE
28
6/1/2014 28 We also use an 800 hotline number to market your property. We have found that sometimes people are reluctant to call agents but will call an 800 number to get information. When they call, their phone number is captured 99% of the time. I can return their call and discuss your property with them. We use this process with sign riders and advertising. I will show you how this works during your listing presentation. 3) 800 HOTLINE MARKETING
29
6/1/2014 29 We also use email blasts. We have researched sold homes in the area. We isolated 320 agents that have worked with buyers and sellers over the past 3 years and created a list of top agents. We will send an e-flyer to notify them of your new listing and any price changes as they occur. We believe that our fellow agents are customers and treat them as such. We are very happy to cooperate and share commissions with them. 4) EMAIL BLASTS MARKETING
30
6/1/2014 30 After we list your property, we dont stop there. Well send you regular updates of other properties in the area that are similar to yours. You can view your competitors properties, when they reduce their prices or go under contract. 5) MARKET UPDATES
31
6/1/2014 31 You will receive showing feedback direct from the showing service. You can have feedback delivered to your phone, email, etc. You can accept or decline showings from your phone or email. We use Centralized Showing Service for homes. This allows us to schedule showings anytime from 8am – 8pm and 24/7 online. 6) SHOWING FEEDBACK
32
6/1/2014 32 7) WEEKLY REPORTS You will receive weekly Marketing Reports from your agent. This report will be via email. The Report will contain information regarding our Marketing efforts for the week, along with any showing and / or feedback information.
