Our beliefs. Commitments we all make together. The things for which we will hold each other accountable. What makes us who we are. What are collective commitments?

They are the beliefs and commitments we make to our students, our parents, and ourselves. Why do we need them?

Collective Commitment Questions to Answer
What is our primary purpose in education? What do we want our classrooms to look like for students and for us? What assessment practices will we use to enhance student learning? What does great instruction look like? What is our plan for intervening when students struggle? How can we extend/enrich our student’s learning? What’s keeping us from becoming the school we want to become? Why are some students failing?
