Building Type: One story bar and restaurant
Problem: Basement of building was unusable space due to low ceiling height.
Solution: Dug out basement, installed drainage system, poured 10” double steel reinforced structural concrete slab with retaining wall running along the perimeter of basement allowing for the build-out of basement area for use as an addition lower level bar and entertainment area.

Hit water after 1 foot dig necessitating installation of drainage system.

Installed drainage system and laid gravel prior to pouring slab.
