2 Brief Profile of Plan International
Plan International (founded in 1937) is an independent global child rights organization committed to supporting vulnerable and marginalized children and their communities to be free from poverty.

4 Food and Nutrition Intervention
Out Intervention includes: 1. Treatment of Malnourished Children without medical complication in the OTP sites, 2. Treatment of Malnourished Children with medical complications (failed appetite test) in the Stabilization Centre, 3. IYCF 4. Distribution of unconditional cash transfer to the mothers, fathers and caregivers of SAM children and other vulnerable and victims of insurgency. 5. Community Mobilization

10 OUT TOP 12 ACHIEVEMENTS A total of 22-OTP sites established within 6months Two Stabilization centers established within 2months A total of 3,198 SAM-Children admitted in the 22-OTP Forty-two (42) SAM children with medical complications admitted into the two SC, out of which 37 have been discharged back to the OTP and remaining still at Phase two and Three respectively. Seventy-three thousand and five hundred and twenty-nine (73,529) mothers and PLW reached with IYCF key messages

11 OUT TOP 12 ACHIEVEMENTS 6. A total of 11,708 HHs and SAM mothers received cash for 6months (August 2017 to Feb 2018), translating into 82,144 individuals at N3,500 per capital. government health-workers trained across the 3-LGAs within the 6-months 8. A total 62,500 people reached with Hygiene and cholera education and awareness 9. 10,650 Hygiene kits distributed to 10,650 HHs in both IDP camps and host communities 10. One hundred and fifty-nine community nutrition volunteers selected and trained across the 3-LGAs

12 OUT TOP 12 ACHIEVEMENTS 11. Successively hosted UNICEF monitoring team in November 2017. 12. Finally, successively organized stakeholders Joint monitoring visit (Led by the state team and supported by Community Leaders) to our OTP site in January 2018.
