2 Task 11 For your chosen individual, explain the effects of physical and psychological changes as they reach older age and discuss how those changes could affect their self-esteem and confidence.

3 Task 11 Think about your person’s current lifestyle
What are their hobbies? What is their social life like? How many friends does your individual have? Does your individual still work? As your person ages there could be a number of physical changes occurring (e.g. menopause, changes to the respiratory and cardiovascular systems etc) How are these changes going to effect your individual’s self-esteem and self-confidence?
