Survey Summary The survey was conducted in late February – mid March of 2018. Residents within the District were mailed a paper survey. Each survey included a unique survey access code for those who preferred to take the survey online. Total responses = 1,524 (698 paper)

Next Steps: We will address suggestions to improve current programs. We will develop a long-term plan over the next six months to expand and improve future program offerings. We will develop a long-term plan to address the availability of facilities for programs during preferred times. The mission of the Franklin Community Education and Recreation Department, in active partnership with the entire community, is to promote wellness and life-long learning by promoting a broad selection of physical, learning and leisure activities.
