2 Student Responsibilities during Advising & Registration
Access HuskyCT and under “Curriculum Documents” review your curriculum outline for the proper catalog year and the Guide to Course Selection. Run an “Academic Requirements” report in your student center in Student Admin to review your remaining degree requirements. You should also check your catalog year. Using your curriculum outline, the Student Administration search function, and the course catalog ( think about your courses for next semester. Make an appointment with your advisor (listed in Student Administration) prior to your assigned registration appointment (listed in Student Administration). Follow the instructions given in this document for your planned graduation status. Meet with your advisor and submit a completed hold removal form and Review of Advising Process form to the ENVE main office in Castleman 307. Login to Student Administration during your enrollment appointment window (on or after Monday, March 19, 2018, depending on your credit-standing) and enroll in the courses you discussed with your advisor. 3 May 2018 Grads Apply for graduation via Student Administration
SA Self Service > Student Center > My Academics > Apply for Graduation File a Final Plan of Study via Student Admin SA Self Service > Student Center > Academic Requirements > Submit Final Plan of Study For more information: Note: Final plans of study with missing requirements will NOT be approved. Please run your academic requirements report and contact your assigned advisor or Althea Lozefski, CEE Professional Advisor, at ASAP if you are missing a requirement. Final Plans should be submitted within the first four weeks of the semester, so if you have not already done them, do so ASAP.

4 December 2018 & May 2019 Grads You have already filed a preliminary plan of study. Please follow your planned courses carefully or contact your advisor with changes to ensure you are on track. Important: Access the “Academic Requirements” page in Student Administration. If you notice any errors on this page, please alert your advisor immediately. Your final plan of study will be generated from this information and it is imperative that all requirements are listed as satisfied. During the semester in which you plan to graduate… 1) Apply to graduate and 2) submit a final plan of study via student administration within the first four weeks of the fall semester.

5 December 2019 Grads You will enrolled in senior design for Fall 2018, as is your final completed academic year. You should plan to take… Fall 2018: ENVE 4910W Spring 2019: ENVE 4920W Fall 2019: your remaining coursework to graduate

6 Students with more than 54 credits (that have not already submitted a Preliminary Plan of Study)
You MUST have an approved preliminary plan of study in Student Administration prior to your Fall 2018 registration date & time. Otherwise an additional enrollment hold will prevent you from registering for courses. This is a ONE TIME requirement. Read the “Guide to Course Selection.” View the curriculum documents related to your catalog year and your major and begin planning your courses for next semester. Access your Academic Planner in Student Administration and using Plan by my Requirements and your curriculum outline, enter your planned classes for Fall 2018 into the Academic Planner.
