The Member Information Center is full of useful features
The Member Information Center is full of useful features. We hope that you have completed the tutorials showing you how to: Set Up your Company Profile Set Up your Representative Profile Add a Job Opening Add a News Release Add an Event Add Member Discounts and Community Coupons In this tutorial, we’ll explore some of the other features of the Member Information Center. This training slideshow will go at your pace. To advance to the next bit of information, just click your mouse or hit “Enter.”

To get back into the Member Information Center from the Chamber website, simply click on “Members Login.”

Enter the username and password you chose. Click “Submit.”
Forgot one or the other? Click “Forgot your username/password?”

Enter your email address and click “Get Password.”
You will receive an allowing you to reset your password. We don’t keep them and cannot reset it for you.

If you get this message, you are either using the wrong address OR you have not set up your log in. First, go back and look for your Welcome with the link to set up your log in. If you can’t find the , contact us. We’re happy to help!

There you are! After you’ve read the Welcome Message, click “Read Later” to hide it so that you can see everything else. Now you’re back in the Member Information Center!

The NewsFeed is very much like LinkedIn or Facebook.
You may post directly to the NewsFeed if you’d like to share something with your fellow Chamber Members. Information posted here will NOT post anywhere else ̶̶ neither on the Chamber website nor elsewhere in the MIC. Members’ jobs, news releases, events, and coupons/discounts will post in the NewsFeed. You may give other Member’s posts the “thumbs up.” You may comment on other Member’s posts.

This is the next upcoming Chamber event.
You may refer a business for Chamber Membership! There’s an MIC app called “memberplus” you may download and use on your phone. A quick word about the memberplus app: It could be better.

Search by Category for publications.
As a Chamber Member, many of these will be free to you or offered at a discounted rate.

Back in the MIC, the “Directory” lists all Chamber Members by Membership Level then alphabetically.
Enter a name here. Search for your fellow Chamber Members by name, keyword, category, location, or groups/interests.

Your search term (in this case, the person’s name) will show up here.
And there she is! Click “Send ” to send an directly to another Chamber Member Representative.

A window will open in which you will compose your message.
Click “Send.”

When the recipient receives your message, it will come from your address. He or she will be able to reply directly to you.

“Events” will show you all the events on our calendar, both Chamber events and events posted by other Chamber Members. Search for events by type, keyword, category, or date. Click “Calendar View” to see a traditional calendar layout.

“Resources” are publications, videos, weblinks, etc
“Resources” are publications, videos, weblinks, etc. from the Chamber which you may find useful or interesting. It is a .pdf listing of all Chamber Member companies, their addresses, and phone numbers. We do not supply our Membership list in Excel format, and we do not include addresses. You may other Members individually through their Company profile. A few words about the Membership Directory.

“Reports” will give you great information about engagement with your Company profile page and posts.
The more use you make of the various features of the MIC, the more traffic your profile will receive, and the more potential new clients or contacts you’ll make!

“News” breaks down all Chamber and Chamber Member posts to the MIC by category.

“Settings” takes you to your Personal Profile, where you may make changes.

This is a perk of Chamber Membership, and the more Members who use the features, the more robust the MIC and the Chamber website will be.
