15 CareStar Contract BHRC is required by the Department of Medicaid to contract with CareStar for services. The contract will make CareStar a “single entry point” (SEP) for the OBLTSS process. BHRC will be responsible for reconciling invoices from CareStar for services provided as a SEP. Medicaid will reimburse BHRC for any payments made to CareStar. Motion to allow Buckeye Hills Regional Council to enter into contracts with CareStar to provide services in support of Ohio Benefits Long-Term Services & Support.
