13. PROIECT “Legislaţie, economie, concurenţă şi administraţie – Dezvoltarea unei abordări interdisciplinară în lupta împotriva criminalităţii în achiziţiile publice”

•2 conferinţe organizate pe tema corupţiei în achiziţiile publice organizate;
•2 ateliere de lucru pentru a facilita schimbul de experienţă între membrii grupurilor ţintă organizate;
•1 inventar al vulnerabilităţilor instituţionale specifice legate de lacune juridice, blocaje economice, deficienţe birocratice care permit dezvoltarea corupţiei în achiziţiile publice, realizată;
•1 suport de curs de formare privind prevenirea corupţiei în achiziţiile publice, ce cuprinde vulnerabilităţile identificate şi cele mai bune practici din UE în domeniu, elaborată;
•6 cursuri de formare pentru combaterea şi prevenirea corupţiei în achiziţiile publice autorităţilor române şi bulgare, furnizate;
•1 ghid operaţional ce cuprinde vulnerabilităţile identificate, cele mai bune practici în domeniu, precum şi standardele de transparenţă post-achiziţie, realizat şi diseminat.
