14. Priority setting Sorting squares
Use the sorting axis as your visual guide.
Review all of the priority ideas you created on the sticky notes and discuss where each idea falls in the sorting square.
After discussion and agreement, place the sticky note containing the idea on the quadrant you think it fits best.

15. Relationship mapping to strengthen partnerships
Group 1: Implementation Champions Identify the people that are ready to work on the plan. Group 2: Grow Your Reach Identify the people/organizations that could or should play a role moving forward.

This activity will deepen your thinking on the connections, not only between actors/champions/organizations, but also the ways in which your idea crosses between multiple environments.
