FERNS Plants have root, stem and leaves.
The leaves of ferns called fronds. They do not produce flowers. Reproduce by mean of spores produced on the underside of fronds.

ROOT DICOT : Have tap root system MONOCOT : Have fibrous root system

STEM Vascular bundles In dicot stem: Vascular bundles are arranged in a ring. In monocot stem: Vascular bundles are scattered.

LEAF In dicot :Leaves have reticulate venation.
In Monocot :Leaves have parallel venation.

FLOWER Floral parts are four / five or multiple of four /five. Floral parts are three or multiple of three.
