Learners will be able to explain what Windows Movie Maker is Learners will be able to create and edit a movie with Windows Movie Maker. Learners will be able to download pictures and import them into Movie Maker Learners will be able to download music and import them into Movie Maker. Learners will be able to download a movie file into Movie Maker. Learners will be able to use Movie Maker in at least one unit of their curriculum. Learners will be able to import a movie to a website or WebCT. Learners will be able to implement Windows Movie Maker into their delivery of a lesson. Learners will be able to create an activity in which students use Windows Movie Maker to meet lesson objectives.

Movie with just pictures and title slides This movie has music in the background and is simply a movie with pictures and information. Blended Video Brings in a variety of videos created with PhotoStory Contains a concept map to bring in all the areas I used title slides to bring in other information

Fashion Show In Spanish class the students created a fashion show with their knowledge of clothing vocabulary. This was to assess their end of unit knowledge Graph Project Students in Algebra II created an end-of-year graph movie to explain all the types of graphs they learned this year. They modeled each graph and then explained it.

Tells you where to insert the title page. A title page is a page you can put text on.

Go to ToolsTitles and Credits or… click on Make Titles and Credits link under Edit Movie Select type of slide and where you want it Write text Change animation or font Click done, add title to movie Can move slides where you want them!

Click on Make Titles or Credits – or go to tools and select titles and credits Click type of slidebefore, on, or after clip Edit and enter information just like the title page instructions Save clip and enter into movie

Get a picture (download one or upload one) Know where pictures are saved! Click on import pictures Click on picture to import Will import into collections Drag from collections to position in movie storyboard

Click on Import Pictures and choose picture to import into your collections

Once picture is imported, drag picture from collections into the storyboard. Drag picture to storyboard Storyboard

Transitions go between clips! Click on View Video Transitions Choose the transition you would like Drag it to small box in between clips and titles View Enter transition Click to add

Click on View Video Effects Choose the one effect you would like Drag it on top of the clip you want the effect on View Click to add effect Drag effect onto the clip

Take place on clip Its what you want to do with the current slide while presenting in (zoom in, zoom out..etc.) Video Effects Collection. Click on one to preview! Drag Effect onto big box. A blue star at the bottom will indicate an effect is inserted

Click on Make titles or creditsor go to tools Select credits at end Enter credits in box Edit credits Select done, add to movie Click make titles or credits

Make sure file is supported by Windows Movie Maker Click import music or audio Find music file wanting to import Select itwill be added into collections Click on import music or audio Imports into collection

View Movie in Timeline mode Drag music file to the audio/music line in timeline Put it where you want to begin the music/audio Edit Click Show Timeline Drag Music here

Make sure movie is supported by Movie Maker Click import video Click on video to import and will be added to collection Movies Imported

Can enter clip in either timeline or storyboard form Edit/Trim Clip in timeline form View Drag movie here

Must do this step to create movie file Choose where to save the file Click on where you want to save!

Enter Title of Movie Click Best quality for playback Click next and it will make movie Add title and next. Then hit best quality for playback and click next.

Make sure upload file with.wmv extenstion! Do not upload the MSWMM file because that is your actual projectnot the movie! Will take some time!
