At least 18 years of age
Bigstone Band Member
Completed ASETS Application
Valid Drivers License
Criminal Record Check
Grade eight (8) education (minimum for report writing)
The ability and desire to learn and work with a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Competent and of good character
Successful Applicants will be contacted for an interview.

Understanding the Criminal Code that applies to Security Officers
Understanding the different types of Controlling Access/Egress to Private Property
Traffic Control
Note Taking; Writing of Reports
Protecting Evidence
Responding to Fire, and Bomb Threats
Conducting an Evacuation
Handling Labour Disputes
Preparing Yourself in Presenting Evidence in Court
MUST PASS THE PROVINICAL EXAM ON THE 5TH DAY TO SUCCESSFULLY ACQUIRE YOUR SECURITY GUARD CERTIFICATION
