2 Recruitment Team Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Core hours 08.30am to 17.00pm replies – within 3 working days (from time received) Returning telephone calls – within core hours (initial call back within 24hrs) Ad-hoc meetings (outside of monthly meetings) – contact within 3 working days to arrange meeting. Meetings will be organised based on urgency, availability of attendees and prep time. Overlap posts – can take up to 48 hours Amending an advert – can take up to 24 hours Receipt of applications at closing date – next working day Interview invitations – processed within one working day if received before 3pm Unsuccessful candidates – processed within one working day if received before 3pm Conditional offer letter – processed within one working day if received before 3pm Research Passport Applications – within 5 working days of receipt of completed application Screening Checks – processed within 2 working days (if before 3pm) after written consent obtained Job/Personal Files – sent electronically to departments within 1 week of new starter on CHRIS

HR4s – within 24 hours HR31s – within 5 working days OH referral forms – within 3 working days Business Cases – initial comments within 5 working days Payroll forms & letters – will be processed in the month they are payroll affecting. Other than: Family leave i.e. Mat leave and shared parental (these will be within 1 week of receipt from department) Redundancy payments Market pay & ACS cases – within 3 working days if recruitment or 5 working days for retention or renewal cases
