2. Find your initials on the binary table
Find your initials on the binary table. Fill in the chart on your worksheet.

3. Pick a bead to be used as a separator.

4. Pick a color for the 0’s bit and another color for the 1’s bit
Pick a color for the 0’s bit and another color for the 1’s bit. Count out the number of each color you will need.

5. Pick a color of boondoggle and cut it about 10 inches long.

6. Get a key ring and loop the boondoggle through it
Get a key ring and loop the boondoggle through it. Tie an overhand knot about ½” from the ring.

7. thread the beads in order representing the colors for the 1’s and 0’s for the first initial.

8. Next, place the separator bead before the second initial followed by the beads for that initial.

9. Tie a square knot to hold the binary beads in place.

10. Get some keys to place on the key ring, and put it to use.
