Keys to Success Get the right people (change agents) together as a team – who have your support and the resources required Involve and engage people (ideally all relevant stakeholders are represented) with identifying and/or reviewing and analysing the problem Identify the solutions together and agree and document the plan of action – what, how, who, when Ensure the bedding-in process is completed and/or the desired outcome achieved – complete the entire cycle as many times as required Communicate through regular dialogue with all stakeholders including: Continually encouraging and supporting all those involved with the change activities and developments Recognising the effort required to achieve and embed change Celebrating successes and reinforcing good outcomes from successfully making improvements and positive changes.
