Open MS Paint. Edit images/home_banner.jpg
Open index.html in Notepad++. Edit/Replace all - “Maui Vineyards”
Open config.xml in Notepad++. Edit ID, Name, description and Author fields

5. Index.html open in Notepad ++ Replace “Maui Vineyards” with your preferred company name

6. Edit config.xml in Notepad++

7. App Project Files and Folders

8. Zip your app folders: Select all. Right-Click
Zip your app folders: Select all. Right-Click. 7-zip – Add to MauiVineyards.zip

9. App Project Files and Folders +Zip

10. GithubLogin & Create New Repository

12. Import Code
choose your files (browse to project zip file)

14. App is now posted to github

15. https://build.phonegap.com Login -> +new app -> Pull from Git

19. Public (downloads) Page
