SITUATION
In the process of upgrading Truck Tin and bringing it to the cloud and mobile market, ITSoftin met a few problems along the way: Among them were no reliable online services, current infrastructure was reaching its capacity, with the storage being almost full; and the inability to create enough servers for team programmers.

Truck Tin was developed to help truck dealers stay in touch with their customers. In 2013, ITSoftin upgraded Truck Tin so that it could work with mobile devices in the cloud.

SOLUTION
With Azure, ITSoftin upgraded Truck Tin successfully. The service now provides connection in real time to the cloud thanks to Web Apps. In addition, new servers can be scaled and created on- demand for programmers; storage capacity is no longer a problem; and Truck Tin has moved entirely to Azure SQL Database. Truck Tin is able to record audio from the sales consultants meetings with customers, and as soon as it gets uploaded to the cloud, it can be accessed and streamed in real time.
