TRUE COLORS In this activity you will identify your needs, wants, desires, preferences, values, and beliefs. We will use this to help you better understand yourself and improve your work and personal relationships! A Personality Assessment created by

2 4 Most Least Visualize Yourself - Look at the four Character Cards in front of you. Review each of the illustrations without reading the words on the back, and order them from left to right with the one MOST like you on the left to the one LEAST like you to the right.

3 Read About Yourself - Now, take just a few minutes to turn the cards over and read the back of each card. If you feel after reading them that you need to change your order, do so now.

At the top of your assessment page, rank them on your worksheet using 4 for the one MOST like you, 3 second, 2 third, and 1 for the card LEAST like you. 5 Describe Yourself - On the assessment provided, look at the ROWS of word groups. Working one row at a time, rank each word group in the boxes using a 4 to describe the group of words MOST like you down to a 1 to describe the word group LEAST like you.
