2. About Us Our company was incorporated in 1998
Arlene had previously been in the Auto Repair business and was one of the first women in the State of Pennsylvania to obtain a State Inspection License in 1990.
Mike worked in the Zizza family construction and heavy equipment business since 1985.
Under Arlene’s visionary direction, the two founded Zizza Highway Services (ZHS). Early on ZHS was primarily a landscape services business specializing in: residential, commercial and government projects.
ZHS quickly grew and expanded its service lines by providing: highway mowing, street sweeping, and tree and brush removal along with their core landscaping services.
Through successive years of growth and high quality project deliverables, ZHS was awarded numerous sub- contract Railroad projects and has been a top performer in that space ever since.
