Kindly follow the Support Procedure when face any system/PC problem.
Login the eService Portal
Follow Duty Roster if you would like to call for immediate support.

7. 5. Email/Internet Application(ISO) Procedure
or Internet Application form is available at Portal.
Fill up form & send the application in soft copy to authorized Department Head and C.C

8. 6. System Requisition Procedure
System Requisition Form (SRF) is used for user to request for system improvement, enhancement, new development and etc. on eBizOS system.

9. 6. Reverse Transaction Procedure
The Reverse Transaction Form (RTF) is used to allow user request for changes on data that already posted.
Procedure apply for: - X-Issue - X-Move - Lot Adjustment - Data Amendment

10. 6. DOs on eBizOS and Hardware
Access to MIS Portal to view all the system, application form & procedure.
Retrieve your password at eBizOS system main page if you forgot your password.
Raise eService to report any software or hardware issue.
Follow Off-Office Hours Duty Roster if support is needed after working hours.
Raise System Requisition for system enhancement / development
Raise Reverse Transaction if any data amendment is needed
Raise and Internet Application for new & internet account

11. 6. DOs on eBizOS and Hardware
Practice good housekeeping of Microsoft Outlook Online folder and Personal Folders.
Make sure no paper clip and staple bullet attached to recycle paper when printing.

12. 7. DON’Ts on eBizOS and Hardware
Don’t use shape object to remove stuck paper on printer.
Employees are strictly prohibited from installing any games, pirated, illegal or non-job related software.
No abuse on internet and usage. e.g. chatting, virus spreading, personal business activities, porno graphic material, leaking confidential material and hacking activities. If violate, warning letter will be issued.
Company is for company business related purpose and not for personal interest used, doing so will resulting high chances of spam or virus attack and congested bandwidth and not enough storage spaces.

Employee Share Option Scheme entitlement, earn, exercise and balance tracking. 16

IT services/support request, service log book tracking, system improvement & enhancement requisition and feedback. 17

18. eBizOS – eDistribution Portal
A portal for Globetronics supplier tracking of purchases from Globetronics and delivery. 18

ShopFloor Control System, Planning, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Store, Die and Dice Store for ISO Technology/ISO Chemical/OBU/RTC 19

20. eBizOS – eHRM (ISO Technology)
Leave Application, Time Attendance, Training Management, Payroll Management and etc for ISO Technology. 20

21. eBizOS – User Requisition Form, Email & Internet (GSB/GMSB)
Key person will require to raise on behalf staff.
Raise for / Internet Access/ Account Application.
Login to eBizOS system, WORKBENCH > WORKBENCH > MASTERS > ACCOUNT APPLICATION.
Department head will approve under APPROVAL > Approval Manager > Approval Module > Approval List module in eBizOS system. 21

Please follow the work week to dial the 1st level of support personnel for direct support. 22
