Individual Significant others Responsible for our own actions Forming your own personal code Sporting ethics Personal morality Social norms Recognising when feeling aggressive and acting accordingly Over-aroused Setting the standard of behaviour Provide environment in which this can develop Parents Coaches Team Managers NGBs, Clubs and Sport England Ensure High profile performers are POSITIVE role models.
