Medical history: artromyalgies, twin sister with repeated abortions. VA: 20/32 // CF 1 meter BMC & IOP: normal

Clinical case Laboratory study: Lupus anticoagulant +, ACL IgG +
QuantiFERON + (6.41) Diagnostic orientation: Includes: CBC (complete blood count) ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) RPR, FTA/ABS HIV,HBV, HCV, HSV, CMV Toxoplasma, Lyme titer Urinalysis Chest X ray, PPD skin test, quantiferon Tuberculous serpinginouslike choroiditis

Clinical case Treatment:
Anti-TBC: Isoniazid + rifampicin + pyrazinamide + etambutol Prednisolone 60mg/day + folic acid 5 mg/day After 2 months: VA: 20/20 // 20/125
