SITUATION WorkDiff is an innovative mobile productivity and collaboration SaaS for enterprise productivity. Besides team tasks, mobile check-in and mobile approval, WorkDiff needed to manage multiple audio/video conferences and online document sharing. It wanted to accelerate product development and was seeking a flexible, scalable solution that could be continuously upgraded. SOLUTION WorkDiff found what it needed by integrating with Microsoft Office 365, including letting users initiate Skype for Business meetings from mobile devices. WorkDiff, which utilizes features such as OneDrive for Business, Azure AD synchronization and the Mobile Outlook Web App, allows users to assign tasks to virtual teams and perform updates, reports, discussions and evaluations. Users can tap a colleague’s avatar to download a document on OneDrive or get common free time-slot proposals before sending meeting requests via Exchange Online Calendar. WorkDiff BENEFITS WorkDiff allows mobile-to-mobile file sharing and downloading on Office 365 with 1TB of online storage. By logging on using the Office 365 account directly, users connect to all Office 365 online services in one WorkDiff mobile app.
