Learning Objectives All students will identify the different types of stakeholders Most students will explain why stakeholders may have conflicting interests, in particular business activity Some students will analyse the conflicting interests that some stakeholders in the same business have

Starter Write down three business objectives for a small sandwich shop based in Acton 3 minutes

Stakeholder groups Each group will be given one of the stakeholder groups from the handout. Your job is to read about your stakeholder group and on the A3 paper provided use illustrations to help explain to the rest of the class about the stakeholder group. Really good explanations will involve examples of stakeholders.

Stakeholder Conflict How can a business assure that it keeps all its stakeholders happy? look at each stakeholder and decide on ways a business aims to keep them happy? Which stakeholder interests are conflicting? Explain why?
